After receiving an application for a surveyor's license in accordance with Rule 26, the committee shall examine whether the applicant's qualifications are met or not in accordance with Rule 28 and if it deems it appropriate to grant him a surveyor's license, his name shall be registered as a surveyor in the registration book as per Schedule-13.
(2) After the applicant's name has been registered in the registration book according to sub-rule (1), the committee will issue a license to the applicant under Rule 28A. In case of "A" class license twelve thousand rupees, if "B" class license is nine thousand rupees, if "C" class license is seven thousand rupees and if "D" class license is Rs.
